Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

Securely pack your items in their original mailer and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup.

Receive Refund or Exchange

After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
